Hearken to His Grace

HEARKEN to HIS GRACE

One day you will regret that you gave a deaf ear,

For the grace of God was made very clear,

Oh, this grace of God is such an unending treasure,

But why do you continue to reject God’s good pleasure?

The Lord Jesus Christ, the Saviour gave Himself for you,

Why is it when we talk of Him your face is all blue?

Why is it that you have such rejection and contempt for such great love?

And yet nothing could stop God from sending His Son from above.

Are you really unaware of the great cost of the pleasures of sin for a season?

To continue to turn from the grace of God is a horrible treason.

Yes, we’ve all been there, but humble thyself and make a change of mind.

So, take earnst heed to thyself, for this grace of God you may never find.

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, who died and was buried and rose again for us all,

Oh, won’t you precious one answer this call.
